What is the difference between legal and non-legal DNA testing?
Legal DNA Testing: Follows chain-of-custody protocols and is admissible in courts, USCIS, or other agencies.
Non-Legal DNA Testing: For personal knowledge and peace of mind. It’s accurate but cannot be used in legal proceedings.

How long does it take to get results?
Drug & DOT testing: Usually 24–48 hours
Non-Legal DNA tests: Typically 3–5 business days
Legal DNA and immigration testing: 3–7 business days depending on the lab and collection type
NIPT: 5–7 business days

Is DNA testing painful?
No. We use simple cheek swabs for most DNA tests and blood draw for prenatal testing, which is quick and minimally uncomfortable.

Do you accept walk-ins?
Walk-ins may be accommodated depending on availability, but we highly recommend scheduling to guarantee service and reduce wait times.

Yes! For legal or DOT testing, reports can be securely sent to authorized parties while maintaining confidentiality.
